The Private schools in Tamil Nadu challenged the orders of the Government in collecting fees as per the orders of Justice Ravi Raja Pandian. Based on their challenge the Higher Court of Chennai has granted interim orders to the 384 schools to collect additional fees of 15% over and above the government fixed fees.
