Famous Malayalam actress Navya Nair is in the queue to get a knot with Santhosh Menon on 21st January 2010 and the marriage will take place in her native Haripad near Alapuzha.

Cheppad CKHS grounds has been selected as the marriage place as a bunch of VIPs are expected to attend the great actress’ marriage.

The marriage will be perofrmed on the Hindu Nair style and the Muhurtam will be between 12.05 and 12.30 pm. On the same day the reception would be given to the newly married couple in the evening from 6 pm.

Superstars of Malayalam film industry starting from Mammootty Mohanlal and a host of great actors are expected to attend the marriage and no one is aware whether she would continue to act after marriage or not.

Navya Nair has acted in many Malayalam, Tamil  and Kannada Movies. The real name of Navya Nair is Dhanya Nair.
This beautiful actress who acted in Ishtam in the year 2001 caught the attention of everyone through this film and more films as Mazhathullikiluam., Kunjikoonan and Kalyanaraman.

She hails from a village Mudhukulam in Alleppey District and she was a brilliant student throughout her study time and earned a graduation.  She is a good classical dancer which has helped her acting career to a great extent.

She was awarded Kerala State Film Award for Best Actress for the film Nandanam, Kanne Madanguka, Saira.  At present there are lot of films under production and a Tamil film by  Rasikkum Seemane is one among them.
