Separate application form should be used for B.V.Sc. & A.H., B.F.Sc., B.Tech. (Food
Technology) and B.Tech.(Poultry Production Technology) degree courses.

Request letter for application forms should contain the name of the candidate and the
course for which the application (B.V.Sc. & A.H. / B.F.Sc. / B.Tech. – Food Technology /
B.Tech. – Poultry Production Technology) is required.

Application form can be had in person or by post from any one of the following colleges on a written request along with a Demand Draft for ` 600/- (Rupees Six hundred only) (` 300/- for SC/ST candidates) for each course towards the cost of application form including registration, drawn in favour of “The Finance Officer, TANUVAS, Chennai- 600 051″ payable at Chennai.
