Really it is a matter of pride for all Indians to read this article published in the FORBES magazine.  The magazine has published an article on December 21, 2009 about top Indian CEOs in US.   The magazine said that American corporate ladder is now allowing lot of people with Indian roots to come up and they are climbing fast and as of today there are about eight CEOs who are heading big US organizations. According to FORBES which has published an article under the heading “Eight Indian CEOs at Big US Companies”.

Chennai(formerly Madras)-born Ms Indra Nooyi who heads PepsiCo tops the list. “The Chiuef executive of PepsiCo would be prominent no matter what. The fact that the current one – Indra Nooyi – is an Indian immigrant makes her all the more noteworthy,”Forbes said.

The other top CEOs listed in the FORBES magazine are Vikram Pandit who is CEO of Citigroup. Shantanu Narayan of Adobe Systems, Fancisco D’Souze of Cognizant, LSI’s Abhijit Talwalkar, Sigma Aldrich’s  Jai P.Nagarkatti, Harman International’s Dinesh C Paliwal and Surya Mohapatra of Quest Diagonostics.
