1.One Junior Technical Officer (Sugar Technology), National Sugar Institute, Kanpur, Department of Food and Public Distribution, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution (SC-01).
The post is permanent.
PAY SCALE: Level-10 of the Pay Matrix. PB-3: Rs. 15,600-39,100 + Grade Pay Rs. 5400/- as per 6th CPC. General Central Services Group “A”Gazetted,(Non-Ministerial)

Age: 35 yrs.
QUALIFICATIONS: ESSENTIAL: (A) EDUCATIONAL: Degree in Science/Engineering with (i) Associate ship in Sugar Technology awarded by National Sugar Institute, Kanpur or; (ii)Post Graduate diploma in Sugar Technology from a recognized University/Institute or equivalent; Equivalent: Post Graduate diploma in Sugar Technology awarded by Vasanta Dada Sugar Institute, Pune.
(B) EXPERIENCE: Three years Teaching/Research/Advisory experience in the field of Sugar Technology or three years practical experience of working in a sugar factory in a supervisory/managerial capacity. DESIRABLE: (i) M.Sc. (Chemistry).

2. Fourteen Specialist Grade-III (Obstretrics & Gynaecology), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (SC-01, ST-01, OBC-07, UR-05). The posts are suitable for Physically Challenged Persons viz. Orthopaedically Handicapped/ Locomotor Disability /Cerebral Palsy with disability viz. Both legs affected but not arms (BL) or One leg affected (Right or Left) (OL) or Muscular weakness and limited physical endurance (MW).

The posts are permanent. But the vacancies are filled on temporary basis and the appointees are confirmed/made permanent on satisfactory completion of period of probation. PAY SCALE: PB-3 i.e. Rs.15, 600-39,100 with Grade Pay Rs.6600/- +N.P.A as admissible (Pre-revised). Central Health Services, Group ‘A’ Non-Teaching Specialist Sub-cadre.
Age: 40 yrs.
QUALIFICATIONS: ESSENTIAL: (A) EDUCATIONAL: (i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualifications included in the Part II of Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). (ii) Post-Graduate Degree or Diploma in the concerned speciality or Super-Speciality mentioned in Section-‘A’ or Section-‘B’ in Schedule-VI i.e. Doctor of Medicine (Obstetrics & Gynaecology); or Master of Surgery (Obstetrics & Gynaecology); or Diploma in Gynaecology and Obstetrics.
(ii) Experience in drafting and editing of scientific and Technological Reports and reviews.
NOTE-I: Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission in the case of Candidates otherwise well qualified.

3. Ten Specialist Grade-III (Surgery),
Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (ST-02, OBC-05, UR-03). The posts are suitable for Physically Challenged Persons viz. Orthopaedically Handicapped/ Locomotor Disability /Cerebral Palsy with disability viz. Both legs affected but not arms (BL) or One leg affected (Right or Left) (OL) or Muscular weakness and limited physical endurance (MW). The posts are permanent. 4. Twenty Deputy Director (Mechanical), Directorate General of Mines Safety, Ministry of Labour & Employment (SC-02, OBC-04, UR-14).
The posts are permanent.
PAY SCALE: PAY SCALE ( Rs 15600-39100+ Rs. 7600 Gr.Pay pre-revised ) (Rs.78,800 – 209200) as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix. General Central Services Group “A” Gazetted,(Non-Ministerial)
Age: 35 yrs.
QUALIFICATIONS: ESSENTIAL: (A) EDUCATIONAL: Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or Institution or pass in Section A and B of the Associate Membership Examination in Mechanical Engineering Branch from Institution of Engineers (India). (B) EXPERIENCE: Ten years professional experience in Industrial installation or Engineering workshop (including at least two years experience in Mechanical Engineering in direct relation to plant and equipment used in mining).

5. Eight Youth Officer, National Service Scheme, Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports (SC-01, ST-01, OBC-02,UR-04). Of the eight posts one post is reserved for Physically Challenged Persons with disability viz. Hearing Impairment i.e. Partially Deaf (PD). The post is also suitable for Physically Challenged Persons viz. Orthopaedically Handicapped/Locomotor Disability /Cerebral Palsy with disability viz. One leg affected (Right or Left)(OL) or One arm affected (Right or Left) (OA) or Partially Blind (PB) or Hearing Impairment i.e. Partially Deaf (PD). The posts are permanent.
PAY SCALE: Level 7 as per 7th CPC Matrix (Rs.44900 – 142400). General Central Service – Group ‘B’ Gazetted– Non-Ministerial.
Age: 30 yrs.
QUALIFICATIONS: ESSENTIAL: (A) EDUCATIONAL: (i) Master’s Degree from a recognized University, with (ii) Two years’ experience in organizing programmes relating to youth work or youth welfare including National Cadet Corps or National Service Scheme or National Service Volunteers Scheme or sports or cultural and educational activities including camping. OR (B) (i) Degree of a recognized University, with (ii) Four years’ experience in organizing programmes relating to youth work or youth welfare including National Cadet Corps or National Service Scheme or National Service Volunteers Scheme or sports or cultural and educational activities including camping.
